What we produce
QLTY media is an agency in Cologne combining film, social media and AI content. AI videos are one part of it: commercials without a shoot, product visualizations, explainer videos, social clips in multiple formats and languages.
- AI commercials: 15 to 90 seconds, picture and sound, for website, campaign or social media.
- Product visualizations: products on film that have never been photographed this way. The 3D model first, then the scene.
- Social content: short clips in platform formats, from one production.
- Language versions: the same scene in several languages, voice-overs generated.

How the AI video agency works
The process follows one principle: prototype first, then budget. Before you commission the full production, it becomes visible whether visual language and message work.
- Concept. We clarify goal, message and visual language. Result: a scene sequence with references.
- Prototype. The prototype is paid and agreed at a fixed price in advance. Its price is credited to the production when you commission afterwards.
- Production. Every scene is created in iterations. In our teaser production that was 1 to 4 iterations per scene.
- Acceptance. Scope, versions, editing steps and corrections are in the contract. Additional wishes become visible as additional services.
Evidence from our own productions
Our own image film shows what is possible in combination: 63 seconds, 49 scenes, five AI systems, 1 to 4 iterations per scene.
We document our AI productions in the blog, with numbers. Three examples:
- The website teaser: 63 seconds of film, 49 scenes, five systems combined, 1 to 4 iterations per scene.
- The dragon: why recurring characters get a 3D model first, then generation. The same creature looks different in every generation.
- Music with AI: a finished song from 300 generated versions, licensed for use in advertising.
Recognizable characters: model first, then film
Video generators deliver beautiful images but unreliable control: the same creature looks different in every generation. For characters that appear more than once, we therefore build a 3D model first and animate from it. The result stays identical across all scenes.
What AI video costs
The cost benchmark calculator on our website maps type, length and effort into a range of 1,500 to 30,000 euros. The result is a non-binding orientation. Generating yourself costs about 20 dollars a month for tools like Veo 3. What that yields and what an agency does differently is compared here.

Frequently asked questions
What does an AI video cost?
It depends on length, visual language and number of scenes. The cost benchmark calculator on our website maps these into a range of 1,500 to 30,000 euros. Before the full production there is a paid prototype at a fixed price, credited on commission.
How long does production take?
Every scene usually needs several iterations. In our teaser production that was 1 to 4 iterations per scene across 49 scenes and 63 seconds of film. Concept in days, film in weeks.
Does an AI video need a shoot?
No. AI videos are created without camera, crew or location. Products, rooms and characters are generated. Where real footage is needed, we mix material from the client's film archive.
Who owns the rights to AI videos?
The generated clips are handed over for use within the agreed scope. What the contract says applies: usage period, channels, language versions. We document which models ran.
For which companies is AI video worthwhile?
For mid-sized companies and brands that need regular content: product videos, explainer videos, social clips, localizations. A prototype shows before the budget whether the visual language works.
