Team price for this site: about 16,000 to 18,000 euros. Our price: 3,000 to 6,000 euros. The difference: orchestration instead of a five-role team.

40 versions in 14 days
A team would have charged about 16,000 to 18,000 euros for this website. We built it for roughly a quarter of that, in 14 days, with one person and an agent. 40 versions came out of those two weeks. An agency schedules three months for a project of this size: briefing, reviews, sign-offs. Here a decision stood in the morning and the built version next to it by evening.
A few examples of what those 40 versions produced:
A robot mini-game: a small AI robot runs under the AI section, follows the pointer and jumps over cutting boards. Pure DOM physics, no game engine.

Coin rain at the music section: scrolling down to the section triggers a rain of gold coins. They bounce up and stack in rows. Anyone who selected reduced motion in their system settings never sees it, the rain does not even start.
Above the music section coins fall as soon as the pointer moves.↗ See the coin rain
Fourteen headings with a second message: one click unfolds them, for example "Every person is a musician. You may just not have found your instrument yet."

A cost estimator: two rows of chips for film length and shoot days, the range recalculates live, for example from 3,500–5,500 to 5,000–7,500 euros.

A home page as a flipbook: scrolling pages through the frames of an image film, frame by frame.
While scrolling, the home page draws a different film frame at every pixel.↗ See the flipbook home page
The whole site speaks four languages, Persian right to left, without the layout breaking.
What the work looked like
The loop was always the same: we had an idea, the agent built it. The idea often fit in one sentence, and work frequently started from a phone. The agent built, tested in a real browser and sent a link. We looked at it and said what was missing; minutes later the next version stood. On October 8 alone, 22 versions came out.
The pace also changes what you can try. We wanted the home page to feel like a film. The agent built the first version the same day. We discarded it, he built it twice more, until the third one stayed. A discarded attempt cost compute time instead of a working day. That is why the site now carries things an agency would never have proposed under its cost ceiling: a small game, a coin rain, fourteen hidden headings.
The math with a team
For comparison: what would the same work have cost with freelancers? Market data from 2026: UX designers at a median 586 euros per day, frontend developers at a median 675 euros (diemrate, 300+ observations each). The 3D part would need a Blender artist and a motion designer, four languages a translator, operations and deployment a DevOps contractor.
40 versions in 14 days means almost every decision from that period was built, tested, then discarded or kept. A team would have needed briefings, reviews and sign-offs for the same decisions, each with lead time and waiting.
Concept, copy and structure
UX/design role, about 8 days
3D section with AR view
3D artist, about 4 days
Home page animations and tests
Frontend, about 10 days
Four languages, language menu, RTL
Translation + build, about 3 days
Operations, backups, deployment
DevOps, about 2 days
Team total
27 person-days × 586–675 euros median ≈ 15,800–18,200 euros

Day rate
27 person-days × 586 € = 15,822 € team price
Day rates: 586 € median for UX/design, 675 € median for frontend development (diemrate market survey 2026). The role estimate comes from the production log of this site.
The range is calculated conservatively. Agency margin, project management and revisions are not even included. Compare the bottom row of the table: API costs in the low three figures.
What this site costs with us
We build a site of this scope (four languages, 3D elements, game interactions, film integration) for 3,000 to 6,000 euros. That is about a quarter of the roughly 16,000 to 18,000 euros a team of freelancers would charge for the same work.
Why that works: same work, different production path. What disappears is the coordination between five roles writing briefings for each other, reviewing stages and passing on changes. Building, testing and shipping stay the same.
